Helping Hands Assisted Living has long served as a cornerstone of care in the Goldsboro community at 2052 US Hwy 70 West. Under the new ownership of the Affordable Senior Housing Foundation (ASHF), we are investing in meaningful improvements to staffing, programming, and the overall resident experience.
We believe every resident deserves to be known by name, celebrated on their birthday, and supported through life's challenges with warmth and professionalism. Our care philosophy starts with the person — not the condition.
From nutritious home-cooked meals to arts and crafts, social outings to quiet evenings in comfortable common areas — we build routines that feel familiar, not institutional.
Care plans built around the individual's preferences, history, and goals.
24-hour staffing, secure memory care, and a culture of respect.
Families are informed and involved every step of the way.
New ownership means new investments in quality, programs, and staff.
Real moments, real smiles. Our residents live actively, connect deeply, and celebrate often. This is what home looks like.
Our dedicated staff brings warmth, clinical expertise, and genuine compassion to work every single day.
A long-time Resident Care Coordinator at Helping Hands, Erica brings deep institutional knowledge and a genuine love for residents to her new leadership role. We couldn't be prouder to have her at the helm.
Amy keeps our administrative operations running smoothly and is often the first friendly voice families hear when they reach out to Helping Hands.
Cathy brings creativity and energy to our daily programming — from our beloved BINGO afternoons to seasonal celebrations that fill the halls with laughter.
Bobby ensures our facility is safe, comfortable, and well-maintained — keeping everything running so residents can enjoy a worry-free home.
